Ownership of Goods:
All goods supplied by Pro Construction Parts Ltd remain the sole property of Pro Construction Parts Ltd until full and cleared payment has been received. Title to the goods shall not pass to the customer until payment is made in full, regardless of whether the goods have already been delivered or installed. Pro Construction Parts Ltd reserves the
right to reclaim any goods for which payment has not been fully satisfied.
Availability:
“Availability” refers to the estimated time frame for goods to be ready for collection or dispatch from our location. This estimate is often used as the lead time for items that are back-ordered or not currently held in stock. While Pro Construction Parts Ltd strives to provide accurate availability information, these estimates are subject to change due to supplier delays, logistics constraints, or other factors outside our control.
Delivery Terms:
Standard delivery is provided under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms, whereby goods are delivered to the agreed destination, and the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges. Pro Construction Parts Ltd may arrange Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) upon the customer’s request, subject to additional fees. Customers wishing to utilise DDP services must contact Pro Construction Parts Ltd prior to making payment so that the correct arrangements and charges can be applied. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional costs to the customer.
Returns Policy:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the goods, provided that the items are returned in their original condition and packaging unless otherwise agreed. All returns are subject to a stocking fee, the amount of which will be determined by Pro Construction Parts Ltd based on the condition, resale viability, and inspection of the returned goods. Items that are damaged, used, or incomplete may be refused or incur higher stocking fees. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless expressly authorised in advance.
Limitation of Liability:
Pro Construction Parts Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to downtime, loss of earnings, or project delays arising from faulty, delayed, or incorrect goods. The customer acknowledges that Pro Construction Parts Ltd’s total liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective goods in accordance with the returns and warranty policies outlined herein. No additional compensation or financial reimbursement will be provided under any circumstances.
Payment Terms:
A 4% processing fee is applied to all transactions made via debit or credit card. Pro Construction Parts Ltd does not accept AMEX (American Express) payments. Customers are responsible for ensuring that payments are made using an accepted method to avoid delays in processing orders.
Warranty Conditions:
All warranties provided by Pro Construction Parts Ltd are UK-based and subject to UK warranty procedures. In the event of a warranty claim, international customers are required to return the faulty part to Pro Construction Parts Ltd at their own expense, including all customs duties, import/export charges, and shipping costs. A warranty inspection will be carried out once the part has been received. If the claim is approved, replacement parts will be supplied free of charge (FOC). Pro Construction Parts Ltd does not cover any labour, installation, removal, diagnostic, or other manual or associated costs incurred during the replacement or repair process.
